We supply live-in, daily, casual, temporary and overseas nannies, Karitane Nurses, Maternity Nannies and babysitters for private homes throughout New Zealand and overseas.

Karitane® only register candidates with a minimum of two years working experience as a nanny or with relevant qualifications. A positive attitude, friendly demeanour, professional presentation as well as fantastic verbal references are a must for all our applicants!

We interview all our candidates personally and check your identification, references and certificates thoroughly and we conduct a New Zealand police check. When we interview you, we make a point of finding out the kind of position and family that would suit you, so that we can make a good match. At interview we will discuss things such as your most recent experience, reasons for moving on, what you most enjoy in your work and endeavour to introduce you to the most appropriate families.
