Job Description:

We have a beautiful family based in Herne Bay seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny with Early Childhood qualifications to commence in mid-February 2026. This long-term role involves caring for one little girl and is ideally suited to someone looking for a consistent position over the next 18 months to two years.

The role is for three days per week — Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday — with hours from 9:30am to 4:00pm. In addition to providing attentive and engaging care at home, the family would love the nanny to take Miss out to a morning activity each day, such as Jumping Beans, playgroups, park visits, or other local community activities.

The parents take a “relaxation vacation” approximately every 90 days. During these periods, the nanny will be required to live in and care for Miss for between two and five nights, and on occasion may travel with the family. All live-in and downtime hours will be paid. The family is also planning to move into their newly renovated Remuera home around May–July 2026.
