Job Description:

A lovely family in Hamilton is seeking an experienced, caring, and reliable nanny to provide in-home care for their 2.5-year-old daughter. The family’s daughter is currently recovering from a recent pneumonia infection, so they are looking for someone who can support her recovery by providing a calm home environment and minimising exposure to illness.

This is a Monday to Friday position, from 8:00am to 3:00pm, with the nanny responsible for caring for the toddler through gentle play, reading, and age-appropriate quiet activities. The role will also include preparing a simple lunch, supporting her nap routine, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, and avoiding crowded outings while she continues to recover.

The ideal nanny will have experience caring for young children and be patient, nurturing, trustworthy, and reliable. The family is looking for someone who is healthy, has no recent respiratory symptoms, communicates well, and can commit to stable, ongoing work while providing a safe and supportive environment for their daughter.
