Job Description:

We have a lovely short-term nanny opportunity available with a family based in Hillcrest. The role is to care for one little boy, born on 30 May 2025, who will be approximately 15 months old when the position begins. The role starts on 25 August 2026 and runs through until the end of December 2026. The family is looking for a nanny for two afternoons per week, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Their preferred days are Tuesday and Thursday; however, they are flexible and could also consider Monday or Wednesday. Fridays are not required as their son attends daycare. The role involves being present while he has his afternoon nap and, once he wakes, providing his afternoon snack, changing nappies as needed, and spending quality time playing with him and keeping him happily engaged until around 5:00 pm. The nanny will be expected to follow his usual routine while providing warm, attentive care. Mum may be working from a separate area of the house or may be out attending appointments or running errands during the shift.
