Job Description:

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an exceptional early childhood professional who goes above and beyond standard qualifications — someone with verified expertise in infant development, proven twin experience, and a passion for nurturing young lives.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience with multiples under 12 months
• Infant-specific CPR/First Aid certification
• Excellent, long-term references from at least 3 families (all will be contacted)
• Formal training in infant development (RIE, Montessori, Newborn Care Specialist, or ECE degree)
• Demonstrated twin expertise — sleep training, synchronised feeding, and developmental tracking
• Clean background check
• Non-smoker, fragrance-free, with impeccable hygiene
• Professional, discreet, emotionally mature, and trustworthy
• Genuine love for children

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive, attachment-based care (no screens or shortcuts)
• Maintain established routines: feeding, naps, sensory play, and outdoor walks
• Record diapers, feeds, sleep, and developmental milestones
• Manage light twin-related laundry and tidying
• Refrain from phone use while on duty except for emergencies or parent communication
