Job Description:

A warm and welcoming family based in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced, full-time live-in nanny to care for their two young boys, aged 4 years and 8 months, starting July 2026. This is a long-term position working 12 hours per day, six days per week, within a fully staffed household. The role involves providing attentive, developmentally focused care, managing daily routines including school drop-offs and pick-ups, organising age-appropriate activities and outings, supporting learning through play, and maintaining the children’s spaces in collaboration with household staff. The nanny will work both independently and as part of a supportive team alongside involved parents and a junior nanny. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, playful, and knowledgeable in early childhood development, with experience supporting emotional regulation and clear routines; familiarity with sensory processing or alternative childcare approaches would be an advantage. This live-in role offers room and board, healthcare, one return flight per year, access to gym and pool facilities, and access to a driver when available, providing an excellent opportunity to join a caring family in a well-supported environment.
