Job Description:

A family located in Herne Bay, is seeking a permanent, experienced nanny to provide sole care for their baby boy, born 21 January 2026. This is the family’s first experience employing a nanny, so they are looking for someone confident, supportive, and comfortable guiding new parents. The role is Monday to Friday for approximately 40–45 hours per week, with start times between 7:30am and 8:30am (an earlier 7:30am start is required on Thursdays). The nanny will be knowledgeable about baby milestones, confident in a baby-led approach while helping to establish a routine, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. Both parents work together on the North Shore and would like their baby to visit the office most days, requiring a 15–20 minute drive. A full driver’s licence and a reliable car are essential for this role.
